There are so many great resources available to support your business efforts. From graphics to project management tools to communication tools, I’d like to share a few that I have found to be particularly helpful and efficient in the event that these solutions might work for you and your business:
Canva
Canva is a graphic design platform, used to create social media graphics, presentations, posters, documents, and other visual content. The app includes templates for users that span a variety of executions. I’ve found it to be a great tool for all kinds of visual elements.
Trello
Trello is an incredible web-based project management and collaboration tool that will help you plan your projects all in one platform. It is incredibly visual and highly adaptable, making your life easier when you have several people working on your project, especially when they are in multiple physical locations.
Hubspot
HubSpot is one of the ultimate inbound marketing tools that allow you to draw more visitors and convert them into prospects and customers. HubSpot also lets you manage all your marketing activities in one place so it’s very convenient and efficient.
I also love Hubspot Academy for ongoing learning since it’s important to stay up to speed with the rapid pace of new data and theory as pertains to digital marketing and social media. I’ve taken courses in Content Marketing, SEO & Digital Marketing, and more.
Dropbox is a free service that lets you bring your photos, docs, and videos anywhere and share them easily. Any file you save to Dropbox also instantly saves to your computers, phones, and the Dropbox website. Shared folders allow people to work together on the same projects and documents.
Bluehost
Bluehost is a website hosting platform with solutions designed to meet the needs of a wide range of customers. All fully-managed, these solutions empower novice users with tools that are simple to use and help pro users save time and energy normally associated with maintenance. Whether on a traditional hosting or cloud-based server, all incorporate the ability to upgrade so customers can easily scale as they grow.
Boomerang
Boomerang is the ultimate email productivity tool. You can schedule emails to send later, follow up on messages that don’t get a reply, track responses, and schedule meetings easily! You can snooze an email to have it reappear later or share real-time availability with contacts in a few easy clicks.
Grammarly
Grammarly not only corrects your grammatical mistakes but also makes your writing more understandable and helps you make the right impression on the reader based on your audience and goals. In addition, Grammarly is able to check the tone of your correspondence, provide synonym suggestions to make your text more readable and precise, and even check your documents for plagiarism. With Grammarly, you can rest assured that your writing is always held to the highest standard. This is one of my favorite tools!
Asana
Asana is a cloud-based task management solution that allows businesses to manage, collaborate, communicate, and organize their tasks and projects. It is specifically for handling multiple projects at one time and it is suitable for companies of any size. It’s really helpful in staying on top of things and being more efficient with your time and energy.
